Lance Armstrong has won the 61 km individual time trial today. The strong American finished more than one minute ahead of Igor Gonzalez de Galdeano who surprisingly beat Jan Ullrich. In the overall rankings, Armstrong is almost seven minutes ahead of Ullrich. Spain's Joseba Beloki moves to third spot here.
In the game, two participants of The Netherlands obtained the highest score: Fré Schaaphok and. Wicher Otten. Fellow countryman Henk Jager completes a Dutch 1-2-3.
