Today's stage 7 was shorter than yesterday's stage but it also contained two category 2 climbs. The climbs separated the strongest riders from the rest. With a group of 30, they flew through the final down-hill kms. However, Luis Sanchez still managed to escape from the bunch and win the stage. Kim Kirchen kept the yellow jersey.
This was not an easy top ten to predict. Pierrick Haslin of France obtained the highest score today. Rob Spaans (The Netherlands) was second and Edwin Saunders (South Africa) took the third spot. For the fifth time in a row, we have a new overall leader in the game: Tom Denters of The Netherlands. Murray Mansill of Australia is only one point behind him. Omar Almaini (UK) drops from place 2 to place 3.
Today four riders left the race. The most popular of them in the game was Frenchman Christophe Moreau (member of 71 game teams).
