The UN Tour de France Game is the game organised by the Dutch paper Utrechts Nieuwsblad. Utrecht is a city in the middle of The Netherlands and actually it is the town of our 1995 winner Frank Koper. Each year the paper organises a Tour de France game with the same rules as the Internet version. This year 6790 people took part and the result was:
1. 722 Y. Bovendeert (Zeist) 2. 710 J.G. Maas (Bunnik) 3. 709 F. Stigter (Lopik)
Frank Koper would have been at 40th spot with his 666 points and second placed Don Ward would have been 46th. Marleen van den Ham would have been 6745th. The final place in the big field of the UN Tour de France Game was taken by C. Oskam from Werkhoven with only 8 points.
