Stuart O'Grady is the rider of the future. He had the yellow jersy for 3 days, got a stage win, had two third placings and got second in the green jersy. I love cycling so come give me a bit of mail.

thanks again for another exciting game this year. last year was my first year and i did not break 500 but this year i took a little more time to pick my team and finished 6th. see you next year unless you want to have a game for the vuelta in september or the world's.
Remko Achten, Roermond, Netherlands, 98-08-03 17:39
Despite the fact that only 96 cyclists made it to Paris, this was a very exciting tour. Pantani showed that not only Indurain-like cyclists can win the tour. Still I think that Ullich will win in the next 5 years
Danny Bissell, Iowa City, IA, USA, 98-08-02 21:23
What did I tell you? Hincapie and Julich! After a while Steels started pissing me off. He wins to much. Next year is the year of Bobby J.!

My favourite sport is cycling and I love the Tour De France & the Tour D'Italy, because these are the most exciting cycling events in the world. I am 62 years old and my favourite cyclist of all time is Gino Bartali. He had agreat sense of humour and was exciting to watch and listen to. CIAO!

Oh it was a beautiful day yesterday, this is cycling. It was the first day that the catual race was more important than the drugs. Thanks to Marco Pantani. You made the Tour live again, thanks Love Jose

Hello everybody! I was surprised about the team Festina (if it is not a diversion). If you are pro-cyclist you are strong enough. Why you have to use a drug? I'm completly agree with General Director of Tour de France that in cyclisme is not any place for a drug. Pro-cyclists! Be honest - you are the best in the World!

Great game, shame that most of my time seem to be crashing out of the tour. Still I'm for the fellow in the red suit with horns and an inflatable trident. Lets see him in a yellow jersey

Hope the race is decided during the last stage in Paris. I would love to see fierce competition throughout the tour. When the winner is determined by the 18th stage all of the excitment is gone. Here's to a great race. I hope that we all enjoy it.

Richard Virenque is ticked because the course is flatter this year. Weaker riders will be on his tail more often. Look for some "grit your teeth" pedaling from him. Jan Ulrich Looks good..He'll be a contender. Hopefully it won't be like Riis last year.
