Railroad through the Prairie

Transcontinental Railway decides to build a railroad between Chicago and San Francisco. The gangster Black Wilson attempts to sabotage the railroad builders. Lucky Luke decides to help the railroad company.

This is the first single story album and the first story written by Rene Goscinny. It is also the first time that a story ends with Lucky Luke's trademark ride to the sun while singing "I'm a poor lonesome cowboy".
